Attend Public Open Houses and Hearings

Open houses have been held to share drafts and gather feedback in person, with registration available through Eventbrite.

At Planning Commission and City Council hearings, residents may sign up to speak or simply observe the proceedings.

Speak at a Public Hearing

To speak at a scheduled public hearing, individuals were required to call the City Clerk's Office at 412.255.2138 prior to the date.

Testimony at the hearing was limited to three minutes for registered speakers and one minute for others.
